The classes are conducted to a mixture of classical and children’s music to help stimulate imagination, develop rhythm and encourage musicality. The classes are taught through storytelling and mime that helps the child to learn in a creative atmosphere. Ballet is the core of all dance genres as at this particular age the basics of ballet is used to encourage balance, co-ordination, core stability, strength and cardiovascular, whilst improving the child’s self-confidence.
